Finally got some parameters I like. Seems the two vital one's for controller longevity are "Basic" - 'Limited Current(A)' and "Pedal Assist" - 'Start Current%'. Both of mine were much higher to start and was very aggressive.
Better now and I will reduce these settings a fraction every week and see how it goes. I have preferences and a medical condition that require some of these settings so I do not promote these, apart from a couple of settings, this is a personal setup.
