Bionx Console jammed

After several months without use, the console is jammed in Generate mode. Is there a quick fix, or is it a return to supplier issue?

Have you re-set it and tried again. At a very least i would unplug it and leave it off for a few minutes then plug it back in.

Firstly check if the bike is actually in generate mode, if it actually is then the console if correct. If that is the case check the magnet on the brake lever has not moved or fallen out.
