Just to add that there is a spare charger, spare battery, spare battery mount, spare freewheel and spare BionX console included with the above. I will also include any other bits I have lying around so the buyer of this bike could possible kit up another bike and just swap the wheel over (I may even have two battery mounts).

Hi Mark

If it's the extra words in the link you wanted to get rid of, type the words you want for the link, highlight them, then use the blue globe icon above the reply box and paste the ebay link in there and OK it. Here's an example below:

Thanks Flecc, actually though I posted the thread when there was a problem with the forum - my post came out as someone else's altogether! Very odd, but it went away when I ameneded the post.

Mark

Only 2 days to go and the BionX Trek 7300 stands at the grand total of £53 on ebay!

So get yourself a bargain for Christmas + 15% for Cancer Research.

PS Bob - I think I got your post - did you get mine?

Bit of a pity there is no delivery option. I suspect you are doing yourself out of a few hundred £ there.

Hello Maestro

I suspect you may have a good point here, particularly at this time of year.

Do you know whether it is possible to add a delivery option to a listing - I can't seem to do it?

Thanks,

Mark

im guessing not as i think once anyone has bidded on something you cannot alter anything that would add extra to the winning bidders costs, im my experience i have found i could not even alter the title to correct spelling error's...its all to do with keeping it as safe as possible for buyers i think.

Yes I don't think it is possible. So I will add an adiditonal offer of UK delivery at £45 if members of the forum need it.

This would normally be next day if despatched am, on receipt of cleared funds (in fact I don't have means to receive paypal unfortunately), but at this time of year it would be very unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.

Mark

If you were able to do it it would be somewhere on 'revise your item', but like people have said, if it has bids or its in the last 24 hours then you are limited in what you can do.

You can definately add to the desccription though so you could write the delivery details on it there. £45 sounds a bit steep really though, I'm not saying certain carriers wouldn't charge that but most ebike delivery cost around £25. I usually find its better not to try and make a profit on the shipping because it puts people off bidding, Just my opinion mind you :)

Would you mind telling me which courier would deliver a bike please as I am having trouble finding one that will deliver for a private customer even for a boxed bike ??

Thanks Allan

Only 16 hours to go and just £106 on ebay.

Regarding delivery - I am not trying to make a profit out of it I would much rather the bike was picked up. To properly package a bike for transit is a lengthy business and not something I really want to get invovled in when just clearing some room.

Mark
