Brakes on Kudos king

Hi

Just after a bit of advice, the rear disk on the bike has become warped, it catches on the pads when turning, is it possible to straighten( re-true) it some how, tweaking it isn't helping much seems as if I do stop it, then use the brake it returns, it doesn't look worn,
Or is it best to just buy a new disk. the bike is 7-8 months old and done about 700 miles.

If the disk distorts from braking then the disk has become soft.... Time for a new one

At eight months old the bike is still under warranty.

Brake pads would be excluded as a consumable, but I think a warped disc ought to be covered.
