Wow a remainer barrister …..The same people who tried to sue Boris over the £350 million on the bus....The law is rarely black and white.
Do you realise how pathetic that sounds? "A remainer barrister" leave voters seem more and more to be coming unhinged with the mad notion that only those who support Brexit are willing to tell the truth.
So in your simple minded view anyone who supports remain must belong to a tainted group?

The man is a qualified professional in law, and you rubbish his opinion on the basis that you don't like it? because he is tainted by not supporting Brexit?

And is this man another one of your tainted remainers?
The former Director of Public Prosecutions Lord MacDonald has told Sky News Prime Minister Boris Johnson could go to prison if he refuses to delay Brexit

So innocent until proven guilty.

Or do the remainists want to change that law too?

The only people in this country who are guilty are the remainists who won't accept a democratic vote.

History will not be kind to them.

No fingers still in office until proceedings taken to act upon evidence submitted
The only people in this country who are guilty are the Vote leave campaigners who subverted a democratic vote. using targetted adverts paid for by questionable finance.
History will not be kind to the remainers?
Why not? where is your proof of illegal activity as you are so fond of saying, and they have tried to prevent damage to the future of the nation due to an ill advised public choice.

Why are you so keen to protect offshore tax haven dodges? that's all that will result from Brexit , otherwise Boris would be trying for a deal as was promised as being easy at the referendum
lets face it, you've been conned.

When Brexit happens and trouble breaks out, take some good advice and stay well away, the right wing loonies are already resorting to violence as predicted

I guess we have different opinions of democracy.

Democracy only works with your kind if you win.

I would have accepted losing.

Brexit: Arron Banks firm has 'no address'

The company which the Electoral Commission suspects may have been behind Britain's biggest political donation has no registered address - meaning it has failed to fulfil a key legal requirement - the BBC has found.

Rock Holdings is a firm registered in the Isle of Man and controlled by Leave.EU founder Arron Banks.

The Electoral Commission's ongoing investigation of Leave.EU funds was referred to the National Crime Agency.

The law on political money is simple. The source should be clear, transparent and British.

Funny isn't it.

The government spent millions on leaflets to every house in the country saying that whilst they thought brexit is a mistake they would honour the result.

Who is the liar?

Who is the liar?
the conservative government.
they should have made the case for brexit (ie find a form of brexit in that you will be better off) instead of the vacuous attempt to 'deliver the will of the people' by throwing money at it. It makes the people look stupid.

You really don't understand do you? it isn't about winning, it's about making rational and pragmatic decisions that affect the future of the nation, but you seem to see it as a football match.
Brexit is simply not based on logic, it is nothing more than a gamble for power by the rich using as a weapon a protest vote by the poor.
Who have nothing to gain from it except trouble and for many people hardship.

Democracy is intended to protect the weak from the strong, look at the scum who promoted leave, predatory self serving scum the lot of them.

And you think they are on your side?
You must have been born yesterday.
If we didn't like the way the EU was run we could have fought from the inside for change, instead to the delight of the hedge fund vultures we are throwing ourselves out on the street with no friends and a very dodgy future.
Not to mention the worst lot in parliament on all sides in living memory.
Congratulations on the mess the leave vote is creating.
Now clear it up.

Democracy is the loser.

If Brexit was/is the disaster everyone who lost predicted we could rejoin.

Now we have the problem that over half the country ( a lot of people who voted remain ) feel uncomfortable with this derailment of democracy as they can see it's the thin end of the wedge.

As little as a vote was worth before is pretty much meaningless now.

And now we have the current Govt spending millions to prepare for No Deal Bexit yet it would be against the law to do so.

Do you think you make an informed decision in the 2016 referendum - did you choose:

Leave, and adopt an EFTA or WTO framework?
— Leave, while the UK remains intact or while it splits up?
— Remain, in what manner?

Any recognition that something is (very) wrong with the referundum (choices given, how yit was manipulated, and ability of coming to an outcome to give what was 'promised' that doesn't lead to 'civil war') , should also imply the annulment of the Brexit referendum outcome.

Speaking of liars, how about these, that now they all deny/ and say No Deal was what was offered?
