Anyone remember the perspex canopies as fitted to the chopper style Y2K ebikes? this was a few years ago as seen on Power Assist forum. The name Y2K seems to have been taken up by motorcycles now. I can only find the Velotop (very expensive & inferior to the above) I am thinking of a bike for poor weather - maybe needing a small screen wiper motor & blade, & maybe indicators front & rear to give more of a presence on the road.
Otherwise a very small two seater tricycle car with one motor wheel to the rear & two wheels to the front - a bit like the Slingshot Trike as built by Brettus22 (solarbbq) & still seen on youtube. The covered bike would have less rolling resistance than the trike, hence needing less of a battery, & could retain the cycle's position in law & use dedicated cycleways. The weather today got me thinking of a vehicle for all weathers
