buy a Sanyo eneloop kit

Does anyone know if one can the Sanyo Eneloop kit sans bike? (Just the motor, harness, controls, battery).

I'm virtually certain the answer is no Joe. Sanyo has been wholly owned by Panasonic for over a year now and Panasonic e-bike policy has always been to supply carefully selected bike manufacturers only with their units.
