i am considering buying a Canyon emountain bike but slightly put off ordering online, I think that’s the only way you can buy one.
i appreciate there is not a lot to go wrong and I have no problem unboxing and putting the bike together myself, but am concerned about how they would deal with a warranty issue if something were to go wrong with it.
Anyone have any dealings with them when things go wrong.
