Buying a Canyon by mail order.

Hello each.

i am considering buying a Canyon emountain bike but slightly put off ordering online, I think that’s the only way you can buy one.
i appreciate there is not a lot to go wrong and I have no problem unboxing and putting the bike together myself, but am concerned about how they would deal with a warranty issue if something were to go wrong with it.
Anyone have any dealings with them when things go wrong.

keep the box and send it back if it comes to it but you can only buy them direct no 3rd party sells them.
