Have you also shorted Blue & Red together as well ?

Yes … it’s working and I measured throttle voltage was 4.9 volts and signal from 0.8 to 4.2v

SCL is likely for the speed control side of the controller which is an option in the settings.
S1 is speed related , likely from hub sensor to display.


Pop over to ES and ask the guys over there , they will know every bit regarding the KT pcb.

There are many things that can be wrong in the settings. Before you run without an LCD, you must do all the settings to suit your motor, pedal sensor, speed sensor and throttle. Did you do that? If not, you're wasting your time.
