I'm 14 stone and ride generally on or around the Sunderland end of the C2C route so they're are quite a few short hills that can be quite step and frequent but no real big long hills.
If I go out on my own I normally leave it on tour (50 percent assist) and get 40 miles from a charge.
If I go out with my wife (who rides a regular non-electric push bike) I ride in Eco (25 percent assist) most of the time and put it into either tour or climb (75 percent assist) for the hills and I get about 52 miles from a full charge.
