Carrera Vulcan Espec troubleshoot

Hey, so I’ve bought a Carrera Vulcan E, second hand.

It was working but now I’m not getting any pedal assist.

The battery is working - lights up and a meter shows correct volts.

The display powers up and show NO error codes.

How can I trouble shoot which part has failed?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

The PAS is a standard type magnet disc and sensor I assume ?
If so look under the bottom bracket for the items, ensure the disc is firm in it's axial fitting and only rotates when the cranks turn, the sensor should align with the magnets and have approx. 1 or 2 mm at most gap to work best.
Some sensors have a small red led that flickers on/off as a magnet passes.
