Charger for Alien Battery

I had a call this afternoon from a guy who needs a 36v Li Ion battery charger for an Alien bike.

Does anyone know where he could get one from?

He sent me a couple of photos so the connector which looks like a RCA 10.5, but it's not something that we have.
