Cheap Charger - what could possibly go wrong?

If you insist on using 3rd party equipment at least don't risk charging inside the house? do it in an out house or trail a lead out to a dustbin....whatever

I have two chargers, one is obviously for a LiPol battery the other is an Jing Cheng import (very lightweight too).

I haven't used the latter............. yet, is this suitable for other batteries too? NiCad etc

Im thinking of doing a self-build battery (A123 or similar) would either of these chargers suit?
