clicking noise from motor

My bike is a Izip Ezgo and i am getting a clicking noise from the hub,it only does it with rider weight(12 stone)if i lift the bike up or turn it upside down it does not do it,if i take the battery off and pedal it it, there it is again,other than the noise it works perfectly.
Any ideas folks?

Its most likely a spoke, not the motor...it can also be the bottom bracket in some instances but I suspect a loose spoke...

Find the loose spoke by playing the wheel like a harp...

Thanks chaps seems to have got rid of the noise,there were a couple not ringing like the others.
