Coleen bike

Hi can anyone please help me with my Coleen electric bike. Manufacturer has gone under and my battery is not charging

Battery not charging can be number of reasons.
When was is last used ?

Reasons for not charging , faulty charger , battery already fully charged, Internal BMS fault , low voltage with one cell group.

To go forward one will need a £5 - £6 digital voltage meter first to let us know the current battery state of charge (voltage charge).

A location may help in case a member with relevant skills may be able to help out.

Unfortunately, it's a unique bike, Everything is bespoke. I doubt that any ebike shop will know how to fix it. Can you show us a few photos of it - where the charger plugs in, where the electric cables run and things like that. Can you see how the battery comes out? If so, show some photos of that too.
