Barking I would have thought, cannot imagine there would be enough power to get you up a hill without taking you feet off. The battery would last about 2 minute and I don't think it will be easy to make it legal - how will it sense you are at 25kph to cut the power?

I have however found a supplier who makes/has made 9 to 32 tooth 9 speed rear hubs, and their British, at least the company is.

No motor I'm sorry it's just the gear set , Shimano used to make a 9/32, 9 speed some years ago but dropped it, ICE now have one made for their trikes. If you have an Emotion it could go nicely.

I got to try an ICE trike the other night, absolutely brilliant and that seat was sooooo comfy.
