I have several bikes kitted with Swytch kits. I also have a kit from LeedsBikes [US, seem to be out of business].
The wheel motor seems to be the same Bafang 250w BUT the cable interface is different,
Does anyone know where I can fnd a converter cable online to mate the Leeds wheel to a Swytch kit?
The pic is the connection to the Leeds wheel.63721

You can't convert if the other connector is a 9-pin. One is a sensorless motor, the other is sensored. You need a sensorless or dual mode controller for the sensorless motor. A sensorless controller can often work a sensored motor, but never as good as a controller for sensored motors.

Your photo doesn't show the size of the connector. Some of the early Bafang QWSX5 motors had a larger connector than the later ones. There is no converter. You just buy a motor cable with the appropriate connector at the controller end, then cut the connectors off the motor and motor end of the cable, then solder and insulate the wires.
