it is decent cells at a good price as when you buy any batt you have no idea if there the real deal or fake re wraps and with out capacity testing the batt you just dont know.
and this has caused massive problems with $hite fake cells sold as 21700 packs for 400 quid from china and wonder why after 3 months its trying to explode.
