So I have rear hub motor and I'm wondering is my torque arm installation correct? I have them on both derailleur side and disc brake side.

That looks like a 14mm torque arm on a 12mm axle, which won't help much. This doesn't look much, but the axle had turned about 45 deg. I've never seen anything like that with a 12mm one.

Whatever you use, the idea is to have a right angle between the torque arm and the tie-bar, but then the movement of the tie bar is along its length, which means that a jubilee clip is not the best to hold it. If you have the tie bar like in the top picture it looks like it would go over the 5mm mudguard stay threaded hole, so you could drill it in that position and fix it with a screw, which is a much better solution. Cut off anything past your fixing screw. You might need a 5% cobalt drill to drill it if it:

What you have is better than nothing. you can get a 12mm one later.

The tie bar doesn't need to be anything special. you can make your own out of a bit of scrap steel with two holes drilled in it. In this case it's fixed to the caliper adapter fixing screw.

I don't have equipment to drill my frame now so it's ok to go the way they are now?

You're too quick. I edited again. You don't have to drill. there's a threaded hole right in the right place.

Here is the picture of my Axle:

My bike is upside down on my floor at the moment so it can make things look like weird.

Installed the anti torque washer to the other side so the axle nut goes fully in.
