^^ they are very good lights but the cheaper ones suffer some downsides :

- connectors between battery pack & lamp are very poor quality loose fit. It's worth cutting them off both battery pack and lamp & soldering on either end of one of these which are proper waterproof 'click to make' connections - Cheap 5.4mm Male to Female Extension Cable for SKU 29489/30864 (100cm). Seal join with lots of self-amalgamating tape or similar.

- I've had problems with quality of battery packs staying in balance, shorting due to insulation damage and bad soldering. They lasted about 7 months before problems arose. d8veh fixed one and I'm trying to fix another at the moment. Replacement battery packs cost about the same as a new light with kit.

- you need to use an adaptor for the 2-pin chargers and they definitely shouldn't be left unattended when charging.

But for the price, you're getting a light which far outperforms £35-50 lights from Halfords (none of which I've bought that have lasted more than a few weeks before breaking or failing in some way)

This 3-CREE T6 one is very cheap too ....
