I tried to use the throttle yesterday for the first time in a few days and nothing happened. I tried switching off and on again but it remained as dead as a dodo. Any clues/ideas?

Also, I noticed I have a broken spoke in the back wheel. Official replacement spokes only come at £13 for half a dozen - rather more than I expected.....is there a cheaper off-the-shelf replacement? Or can I find 5 other Wisper owners also in need of replacements to go shares?

Hi Andy,

I supply custom spokes from Sapim and DT Swiss spokes at a rather (lot!) cheaper price than the official price you've been quoted. I'd need the 2 parts of a broken spoke to check the length and nipple thread size. I can be contacted at alan@just1bike.com or via a PM on the forum.

Hi Andy

Sorry to read about your problems, I thought that broken spokes were a thing of the past!

Have you spoken to your dealer regarding the throttle? How old is the bike?

All the best
