Decathlon e-ST900 max speed

I'm thinking about this ebike, as it looks very good on paper, and those few reviews that can be found on the internet are pretty optimistic.
The only thing I doubt is what is the maximal speed of this bike? I mean not 25kmph of assistance, but after that, how fast can you pedal it on plain road? Is it enough for you or maybe it would be better to fit a bigger front chainring?

It will go as fast as you can pedal beyond 15.5mph, possibly on the flat in benign conditions you might hit 19 -22mph. A 48/11 or 12t gearing should manage 20 odd mph but you have to overcome the hub gearing ratio and the added weight combined, this is what a lot of users imagine as drag in use or when cycling unassisted form the off.

20mph looks more or less ok-ish.
I also think about disabling speed restriction, so wouldn't want to pedal like mad to get those 20mph :)
