Derestrict a Esprite Explorer Electric Bike

Hi does anyone know how to derestrict this bike?
The Esprit Explorer has a 250w 37v rear hub drive motor! Sold by bicycles4u.com, I have had it for 2 months now and commute 12.5 miles each way 5 days a week, it has been great but a bit of extra speed would be very welcome

The controller and connectors are in that compartment under the battery. If you're very lucky, there'll be a pair of single wires joined to each other. if not, then the speed limit is programmed into it or there's a special connection or bridge on the controller's pcb.
