Take a length of that 2" wide sticky backed (with wax paper backing) aluminium tape;
Stick it to a piece of A4 paper with selotape to just overlap the edges;
Print on your PC 22 size font - do a whole page to make sure you cover the tape;
Cover the printed tape with wide selotape to weatherproof it;
Cut out one label;
Remove backing and stick to powerful hub motor.
Voila!

Would 200w be better?
You could also do it with a photocopier.

Not sure how far yet because I've only done speed and climbing tests and havn't run it flat yet after about 5 miles. Unfortunately the rear derailler idler fell off and I couldn't find it, so testing has stopped until I get a new one. I suppose you can't expect too much for a £15 bike.
