Do you know brand name of bike

I am trying to find out the brand name of the bike shown in the image. Its my wife's bike which we bought second hand but it now requires a replacement battery however we have no idea the name of the bike to track one down. Its very similar to a kwikfold electric bike but its not that brand. Would be great if you guys could help.. Thank you

I don't know the brand of the bike but the battery is called 'small frog'.
