Ventura Single Speed Rear Coaster Hub 165mm

a friend had this in a box of bike bits from a bootsale a few months ago and said he did not know what it is looks like a hub coasting break what details eg sizes need to know as he wants to sell it on

It's a coaster brake rear hub. This means that back pedalling operates the rear hub brake, no levers needed. These are popular in the Netherlands and Germany but unpopular here in the UK.

The only description you need to sell it is the name Coaster Brake rear hub, adding this:

"165mm axle, 110mm hub. It can have spacers added to use it on any frame up to 135mm, accepts normal Sturmey Archer type hub gear sprockets."
