Yes there could be some confusion because it's a very confusing and extensive range of pumps. Not sure about the mini pump bit. The one I have is about 13.5" long which is quite short but not really mini.
Mines a Topeak Morph Road G MasterBlaster. The road G means it's more suitable for road bikes. There's a slightly cheaper one better suited for mountain bikes and therefore probably the wisper.
It's relatively short but very effective both on the ground or used with 2 hands. Butted aluminum barrel and feels like its built to last.
