Help! E-bike parts

My parents told me that they've bought two "Airwheel R6", and they accidentally broke one of the bike's dashboard. I sent a request to the official website for help but did not receive a reply. I am wondering if there's the kind of store possibly sell this part. Thanks!

It's a standard part. You can buy them from Aliexpress. I've only seen them with the controller, but the price for both is the same as most LCDs on their own.
