An EBIKE Rider has been terrorising people on the sea front at Rhos- on- Sea , N.Wales and the Police want to catch him. They have his machine after he fell off and ran away according to the local Paper . They would like him to come forward and re-claim his Bike. Judging by the size of the Motor in the rear wheel and the amount of sheet metal work in front of the seat, together with motorcycle tyres I don`t think he will be .
