One third of Chinese cities now ban e-bikes according to that, really bad news.

They'll pay for it though, it's a well established fact that exports of anything depend upon a strong home market, and if they damage that, the export side will ultimately suffer too.

i did wonder what direction our ebikes would take if china no longer supported the bottom end of the market,would we see a move to more expensive machines thus not tempting as many people to give them a try.
