ecrazyman controller to torq 2

Has anybody connected an ecrazyman controller to a torq 2 trekking or ezee kit,i have tried wiring blue to yellow for hall sensors and phase wires as suggested for the ezee sprint and bafang motors, but although it sounds like the motor is moving smoothly nothing happens,also tried connecting like for like still the same,can anybody advise how to progress further,thanks paul.

I'm no expert, but if the motor sounds like it's running, but the wheel doesn't spin, it sounds like it's actually running backwards, and so freewheeling internally. Other than asking ecrazyman/experimenting with the connections, I don't know what to suggest.

I managed to get my ecrazyman controller and Ezee hub motor to work. I connected the yellow to blue wires as per aaannndddyyy advice and at first it didn't work and it turned out that during my trialling different wire colours previously I managed to damage the hall sensor in my throttle. I bought a new throttle from ecrazyman and then it worked fine. If it tries to spin the wheel and occasionally it whizzez round for a moment then you may have damaged a hall sensor in the hub.
If you need wire colours then I'll check them.

I have now managed to get the motor working,by connecting the hall sensors colour to colour and the phase wires yellow to blue, green to yellow and blue to green as suggested by ecrazyman today,it is running a bit rough at low speed but then smooths out and goes to 51mph with the wheel off the ground,i have read of other people having a rough start perhaps this is the best i can expect?.has anybody ran the 36v 350w controller at 48volts as it looks like it might suck up some power.

My starting point was to connect the wire as aaandy had,but there was no movement at all,which motor do you have,thanks paul.

I think it is from an eZee sprint. Although it is rated as a 250W I have seen 1000W from it using the 48V ecrazyman controller. So much better than the standard eZee controller at 36V and 15mph felt too slow. Glad you got it working, sounds fast.
I 'm currently trying to get a 300rpm version for a 20" wheel and On-bike are very helpful.

Do the 48v ecrazyman controller wires exactly match the 36v ones? i dont think running at 36v will give much more on the road speed than before though i have yet to try it,the wiring is still in the try out stage with wires hanging down loose at the moment.

The wire colours are the same except for hall wires swap blue and green and the motor wires swap blue and yellow. I could only go at about 16mph with the eZee controller and 20mph with the 48V one. I think speed is directly related to volts. In fact I copied aaannndddyyy and made a 43 cell pack which is 59volts off the charger and 54volts under load (small capacity batteries) and this helps speed. I hope to get a 300rpm motor soon (I think the one I have is 250rpm) so it should get me to 25 ish mph I hope. Then my task is complete.
