I didn't want to leave a review too soon after the purchase. After 6 months of excellent service however I think it is fair to comment.

I am extremely happy with the performance of the kit. I have it fitted to an old Giant MTB and I use it to commute to work(11 miles each way) 2 days per week on average. I was previously only using my bike on a handful of occasions to do this. Now with the motor fitted I find I am using the bike more and more and getting the benefit of regular exercise. The headway battery pack/rack from the same elifebike website has been great.

The only thing I have had to do is tighten some of the spokes on the wheel and replace a faulty charging unit in the first couple of weeks.

Hi

I have sold some off those battery's we bought direct from headway we found the the contacts on the key switch burnt out so we replaced it with a rocker switch and just used the switch as a lock

I'll look out for the key switch problem then. Any early warning signs before it goes? What's your general impression of the batteries in the pack? I've been pleasantly surprised at their consistency so far.
