Hi, I have been talking to uk civil servants and ministers on this one. No sign of any major changes implemented in 2011. Who in the UK in our industry is a member of ETRA?

There are three including Wisper Bikes.

We at Wisper took the decision to suport ETRA as they seem to have the strongest lobbying skills in European regarding electric bikes. They are a small organisation and need as much support as they can get.

The UE is making such a dog's dinner out of electric bike regulations it needs someone to make sense of the over complicated documentation and argue on behalf of the manufacturers and end users.

I will be joining members of ETRA to discuss on 6th January, if anyone on Pedelecs would like me to make a comment or suggestion I would be delighted to do so and report back.
