Why is the front wheel dished and off centre to the bike?
fitted with eurofighter and Formula One parts
What parts then, a bolt from the same factory.
To be fair it looks like a lot of care has gone into the design but the USD suspension forks tell me that it's over engineered and poor value.

They describe it as being an "e-motorbike", which seems to be a motorbike disguised as a bicycle. This is what their faq says:

FAQ 2: Why do we think that Grace is the worlds first e-motorbike?
First of all what is an e-motorbike? We think an e-motorbike looks like a bicycle but has the performance characteristics of a small motorcycle. E-motorbikes can go as fast as e-scooters or smaller e-motorcycles, but in contrast to these two categories they are much smaller and lighter and can be taken into trains, cars or even aircraft without a bigger effort. Thus e-motorbikes could create a new form of transportation.
So are the pedals there for any reason other than decorations and maybe getting you hame when the batteries run out? I wonder what it's like to ride unassisted.

That frame promotes inevitable wheelies, probably why they done it that way since it appears to be all about excitement.
