Ezee geared hub spares??!

Hi I have a batec assisted hand bike with ezee hub geared motor. Trying to rotate the wheel backwards , it moves in little clicks and is stiff. My understanding is the planetary gears need replacing. Anyone know where I can source spares? I’m really struggling to find anything. I think the 3 wheels are nylon 54tooth.
Any advice/suggestions welcome I’m a beginner to ebike servicing but an avid user.

First try disconnecting the motor wheel or controller then see if the hub free's up, if so then either the phase wires are shorting or a controller mosfet has failed.

It’s rough with the power off too does that help?

No, you have to physically disconnect it.

No as Ben has said you have to disconnect the motor completely from the controller, so either disconnect the phase connection or the motor connector.
