Hi,
Can anyone throww any light on this little problem????
More than two months ago I contacted Cyclepoint in Brighton to ask for a spare part to be sent to me for my EZEE lIV--(fIVE PIN THROTTLE WITH SWITCH) tHEY HAD NO STOCK BUT SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN THEY HAD NEW STOCK IN.
No replies to my E-Mails,so contacted WW Ching,who tells me that the sole distributor for the UK is now On Bike Ltd.
I phoned them and they had no idea what I was talking about. So how do I get my spare part?Maybe a trip to China? Any help appreciated.

I've just done some investigation and you were given the wrong phone number by someone! (probably a typo)

OnBike's phone number is 01299 25 15 14
(I think the one you were given had two 25s in it)

You may have got through to a completely different company, so it's not surprising they had no idea what you wanted.
