eZee have signed a deal to supply 50 bikes for use by the crew during production the next X-Men film 'Days of Future Past'.

I thought it was a joke when I got an email a few weeks ago from a guy claiming to be from 20th Century Fox in Los Angeles, but it was genuine and I passed it on to the local eZee Distributor
.

The question is will we see Halle Berry riding an eZee Sprint

Good move, but it would be great if one of the bikes managed to appear being ridden in the movie. Maybe a little cameo, Hitchcock fashion?

Ebike Man!!

Doesn't have to get changed in a phone box.... because he never gets sweaty!

Congrats on the order, will they be buying them or hiring them? If they are renting them and they come back to you to sell ex(men) demo what great kudos (sorry Dave) to be able to own a bike used on a Hollywood movie :)

Hi Ettica,

I played a 'relatively small role' merely dealing with the initial enquiry and passing it on to Wai Won Ching and Eric Sundin.

My understanding is that 20th Century Fox have bought the bikes outright and they will be liveried up specially for the movie.

What happens to them after filming I don't know, maybe they will give them to the crew?

I'm thinking we should get eZee bikes in to the next James Bond film and have ebike chase instead of tearing around in an Aston Martin;)

Bring back the original 30 amp controller Torq for that, maybe with the titanium frame!

Good idea Tony, eZee have some titanium frames and high amp controllers plus the 48v battery, then you could have front and rear motors (AWD) and tweak things a little with a Cycle Analyst;)

Where would you mount the rocket launchers:confused:

I'd like to see that one at Bristol...

I know where they should be aimed.
