Hi All,

I recently bought my wife a Pendleton Somerby E (She is more into aesthetics than function!)

After clocking up about 20 miles it seems to have lost all power to the motor.

The battery is fully charged, the 790 display is lighting up, the PAS sensor has an illuminated LED on it and is still within a reasonable distance from the ring thingy.
But there is no response from the motor when either peddling or using the walk assist button.

All cable connectors are connected fully and there is no dirt or dust in them. As far as I can see there are no broken wires.
Disconnecting the brake switches throws up an error on the display so I don't think that one of those has failed.

Are there normally inline fuses that protect just the motor?
I'm trying to rule anything out that I can before taking it back to Halfrauds and not getting it back for god knows how many weeks.
Whilst also not delving into it too far and affecting the warranty!

Cheers,

Dan

Getting this bike back tomorrow.
Confirmed internal break in the motor's cable where it comes out of the axle.
New motor being fitted today :)
