I'd like to change the 1 1/8" threaded 195mm fixed fork to a suspension one. I've not been able to locate one, most are threadless Ahead type. What parts do I need and which dimensions need to be specified/matched? Are there any guides to changing fork types?
Thanks

Rose bikes supply trekking/MTB suspension forks from RST, that have separate steerer tubes including threaded in various lengths.
Trekking forks at a low price in the online bike shop www.rosebikes.com

You need to select the fork for wheel size and the steerer tube to match the existing one. Short travel trekking forks would be better for road use and limiting the change in steering geometry.

Rose are a very reliable German company who supply a fast turnround on orders at decent prices, I use them regularly without problems.
