Hi all. I have had a small problem with the charging of my Freego Eagle as in when I charge it overnight it says it's fully charged so into the bike it goes and when I'm pedalling it goes straight to 2 lights out of 4 so I phoned Axess bikes in Honiton and the said fine it's probably the charger so up I went and they gave me a new charger great service so home I went plugged it in and it showed green ( fully charged after about 20mins ????) so I put into the bike and it showed 3 red lights and I start pedalling and down to 2 lights???? Anyone got any ideas ?????????.Regards Steve.

Since it's happened with two chargers, the battery may now be suspect, possibly a dud cell triggering premature end of charge and collapsing the voltage as you try to use it, or the battery's internal BMS at fault.

Does it perform well despite the drop to two LEDs when you start off, and is the range ok?
