Sniper, I think you need to state what you have and what the problem is. Probably need about 3x as many words as your question?

It uses the Bosh active line or similar so uses CANbus handshaking, only a Bosh battery can be used. Welcome to the world of closed systems on ebikes and now that we have your money it will cost you a lot more to keep it going once the warranty runs out.
Be warned never buy a closed system ebike as they are only after your money.
