how much difference would be noticeable beetween these panasonic powered bikes,after seeing that the revive uses a cheaper motor,would buying a lafree make much difference,obviously the lafree is lighter,is the motor any different when hillclimbing,or is the only difference the weight.

The weight and the software control.
The Lafree would of course be a bit less effort on hills and would also gain on average speeds, but that mainly applies to the Twist Lite model. The heavier models, especially the later Lafree ST would not have so much gain. I personally think the Lafree system feels a bit more refined in use, and A to B seemed to share that opinion with more time on a Revive Spirit than I've had.
I wouldn't go to any expense to swap a Revive Spirit to a second hand Lafree though, but I definitely would upgrade to the later Panasonic unit bikes like the Kalkhoffs since the gains there are much greater.
