What the article doesn't make clear is that Phylion (called Xingsheng in China) is owned by Lenovo, so it's internal investment. Still good news though.

I wonder if the ebike sector will see any of the investment? or whether the motor vehicle side will gobble it all up.
Good news about the Dutch connection though.
