Hi All,

Somehow my wife managed to get a couple of rub marks on her beloved Freego Wren. wasn't me and it wasn't her must be the fairies. Anyhow I called Freego just to see if they did any touch up paint, no problem I was told and the very next morning, a small pot in the post (no charge).

Then the other day, whilst she was out, the controller on the handlebars came loose, on inspection I noticed one of the tiny bolts on the clamp was missing,- must have dropped out. I called Freego and was told no problem and again the very next morning I got a new bolt and a couple of spares.

Great service and well done Freego.

Their technical guy is also very good. He knows everything about them without having to look-up stuff.
