Haibike Tours in Fuertaventura

If you are planning a trip to Fuertaventura, you can now ride a Bosch powered Haibike whilst there.
EEE-Bikers is a new company based in Corralejo and they have chosen to use quality bikes rather than the cheaper ones that you can hire by the day.

Because of the cost of these bikes, you can only go on organised tours.

Hi Lynda,

No I didn't go for a ride as I had ridden one before so I know what they are like already. Went on a buggy ride instead with the a non green very noisy infernal combustion engine, it was good fun, even my wife enjoyed it after a little persuasion

I think a 4 hour tour is around €39, not cheap, but they are expensive bikes. You can hire cheap unbranded bikes from another source in Corralejo by the day for only €16, so you pays your money and takes your choice. One thing to bear in mind is the climate and terrain, you wouldn't want to be riding and electric bike far in Fuertaventura without power.

Last week was thinking of booking Fuertaventura for Christmas as its the only canary Island that we haven't visited. But looks like we are now going to Gambia, 30 deg + and no jet lag as in same time zone. You can hire non electric bikes there

The Canaries are quite hot enough for me at any time of year, but I hope you have a good time in The Gambia.

Fuertaventura is a popular winter training area for some of the top road race teams. Last year Saxo Bank were there and we saw Andy Schleck on several occasions, that guy is super fit.
