Bought a Haibike trekking 6.9 sduro only done 100 odd miles so thought I’d say how it’s going.
Bike seems fairly well made, motor (Yamaha Pw se) powerful but noisy finding if I can break away from the 16-19mph drag then cycles well.

Upgrades
Large old gits seat
Suntour suspension seat post
Adjustable handle bar stem
Comfy handle bar grips with horns

Problems

Battery lock faulty (couldn’t remove battery)
Time set faulty (when clock is set it goes back to 11:09 in a short time.
Clonking when hitting ruts or bumps (battery movement apparently)

I’ll keep posting updates if no objections to give an unbiased view of user experience.

Re - Time set faulty (when clock is set it goes back to 11:09 in a short time.

I have the Sduro 6 Cross which had the similar problem with the clock re-setting to 11:09. Turned out that there was no battery installed in the head display, inserted relevant battery and clock now keeps time as it should.

Brilliant thanks for that I’ll see if it has one.
That’s what I love about these forums.

Battery movement - if it's removable, put some small pieces of draught excluder foam at the four corners of the frame.
Giant

its not removable as like the intuvia display from bosch, but its a new bike so will let the shop sort it now.
I wasn't sure being a technical luddite if it was me missing something

As nick348 mentioned it’s the small display battery not fitted for some reason from haibike.
Thanks nick348 much appreciated
