Halfords Warranty Procedure

Hi Pedelecers!

Does anybody know the warranty procedure for Halfords E Bikes?
I have been trying to phone them all week to see if I need to book the bike in first but they are not answering their phones.

I'm thinking of just taking the bike down there and leaving it with them, but its a 20 mile round trip

Any help would be appreciated!
