Typically the market for them will be scarce as they are a niche item.
One will need to open the wallet to buy one, even in used condition won't be cheap . 3k should buy you one, if one can find one.

They are generally too niche for pedelecs forum , one may be better off with a dedicated trike forum whether looking for analogue or e trike.

It's is due to the controls, Hase Up has raised direct adjustable bars and stem adjustment, earlier models and many similar trikes like the eight trike uses indirect under steering controls.
