Had some teething issues with new bike which David at Wisper picked up on.
His personal involvement in providing excellent service is something i wish to record here for wisper owners and potential owners.
I am sure many others on the forum know this already.......

he is most certainly a 'Top man' ........

I hear in the industry very good reports about David's personal oversight of his business. A professional target for all of us to seek to attain.

Got to agree, the after sales service and customer care from Wisper is excellent

One of the reasons I have no hesitation in recommending them

Wispers customer service is very good, and their spares are reasonably priced.

Particularly handy for me as I seem to wear out rims, chains, free-wheels and bottom brackets faster than the average cyclist! (That's not due to the quality of the parts but the sandy conditions I ride in, just in case anyone was wondering :D ).

The only thing that could make it better is a local dealer who has a good stock of parts. Though that is slightly beyond Wispers control I think. As it is I can wait for mail order parts.
