I purchased my first e-bike some 3 months ago after not having biked for almost 30 years and due to recently retirement it has been a pleasure to been able to ride when weather and energy allows it.
The bike is a Gazelle Orange C8 HMS, city / tour bike (Shimano STEPS E6100 with hub gear system), and so far it has been a good choise for a 71 year old 'novice'.
Our landscape here some 30 km west of Copenhagen is rather flat and we have lots of bike paths and small country roads.
I'm looking forward to read (and maybe comment some of) the interesting threads in the forums.
